Al Mohsen Medical Charity association was established after death of Dr. Mohsen Abu Zied (Consultant plastic surgeon, England) and Dr. Mustafa Tawfiq (Consultant Orthopedic surgery).in December 2009, with help and cooperation between:

- Dr. Mahmoud Hafez.
- Dr. Sameh Onsorah.
- Dr. Essam Hassan.
- Dr. Hussein Mousa Gomaa. 
It took for about a year duration from start. Finally, constituent procedures, headquarters and members are all approved.
